11 ELECTRICAL COIL EL ELECTRICAL COIL CH-EL ELECTRICAL COILS CUSTOMISED TO YOUR NEEDS ELECTRICAL COILS Used for frost protection, preheating or comfort heating. These coils are resistant to corrosion. Our electric coils come in two variants where size and output can be customised to your needs. • The heating elements are made of stainless steel sheet (AISI304) • Casing made from hot galvanised steel plates (FeZn) and a frame made of AluZinc coated steel • Automatic and manual overheating protection is included Suitable for duct mounting with PG-rail or flange connection, or for being built into air handling units. The electrical coil CH-EL is used for frost protection, preheating or for comfort heating. Suitable for duct mounting.
12 This special coil eases the high water pressure in the tube bends, preventing the bends from bursting. The pressure is diverted away into the pipe system via a safety valve. With AC MasterSelection you can dimension coils yourself, regardless of previous experience. By selecting function, connection type, design and thermodynamic data, you receive options that meet your needs. No other software can handle such a wide range of tube geometries, tube dimensions and materials in the same way.

Choosing the right coil from the start not only extends its service life, but also lowers energy and maintenance costs. WHICH SURFACE TREATMENT DO YOU NEED? Feel free to contact us for guidance. Extreme environments require extreme solutions. Indoor pools and highly acidic environments can cause trouble for coils. In our own production, frame parts, headers and external coil parts can be epoxy treated. If the fin pack also needs protection, we can send the entire coil for post-treatment.
