Common questions about delivery
When will my delivery arrive?
The confirmation of order states “on-site, week” for each order line.
In southern and central Sweden, deliveries are normally shipped to customers on Wednesday, while in the northern regions they are shipped Thursday/Friday.
Who can I contact if I have questions about my delivery?

How can I get a confirmed consignment note?

Delivery damaged in transit
What do I do if my delivery was damaged in transit or does not conform to my order?
If you spot transport damage to the goods or notice that the delivery does not match your order, accept the goods and write a comment about the damage/error/non-conformance in the receipt section of the consignment note. Never sign for delivery without first entering any such comments! Both the recipient and the driver must sign the document.
