Aircoil cooling coil type CW

CW cooling coils are used for cooling air. Ideal for installing in ducts with a guide or flange connection, or for embedding in a unit. 

  • Copper headers with plugged outlets for aeration and discharge (1/8″).

  • Connections on the fluid side with external pipe threads up to and including DN 80. The connection dimensions are stated in the technical calculation.

  • The coils are labelled to indicate the inflow and outflow, respectively, on the fluid side, as well as the air direction

The construction depth of the coils varies according to the number of tube rows, as stated in the technical calculation. 

Cooling coils type A, B and C are fitted with a drip tray that is available with vertical or horizontal draining. Type IA can be supplied with or without a drip tray. The drip tray is available in a straight or angled version. 

The A, B and C models can all be equipped with either a Guide (G) or Flange (F).

Installation instructions for connecting the coil and the drip tray are supplied with the coils.

Inside the unit, adapted with millimetre precision to the interior width and height of the unit.

Standard model

As standard the coils are supplied labelled in accordance with AMA VVS & KYL 16. The following materials are used in the standard version: 

  • Copper tubes
  • Aluminium fins
  • Hot galvanised sheet steel casing
  • Drip tray made of stainless steel sheet

Many other materials are available and can be machined to match specific wishes and requirements.
