THE COILS ARE AVAILABLE IN THREE CONTROL VERSIONS
Type NV: Potentiometer on the heater cover.
Type NI: Externally wired setpoint knob for temperature control.
Type NIS:Externally wired 0-10V signal for temperature control.
There are also models available without controls.
Standard design
The electric coils are equipped with two thermostats, or more depending on the heater output, to protect against overheating. Both automatic and manual overheat protection are included.
Automatic overheat protection
The automatic reset overheat protection switches off the heater when the temperature reaches 50°C and switches it on again when the temperature drops below 50°C.
Manual overheat protection
The manual reset overheat protection switches off the heater when the temperature reaches 100 °C. This thermostat can only be reset by pressing the reset button on top of the casing.
- Casing made of hot-dip galvanised steel sheet (FeZn)
- Heating elements made of stainless steel (AISI304).
Many other material variants are available and manufactured to meet specific requirements.
